Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An inpatient hospital pharmacist position is available to provide critical pharmacy services supporting a 60-bed facility with an average daily census of 15-30 patients. This travel assignment requires onsite presence Monday through Friday with on-call duties during and after shifts, plus remote weekend on-call support.

Location: Eastover, SC
Assignment Dates:

• Training: Week of September 21st
• Coverage: September 26th – October 15th

Schedule:

• September 26-27: on-call only
• September 28 – October 15 (Monday-Friday): 8am-4pm shifts plus on-call after each shift
• Weekend coverage: remote on-call to answer questions and verify orders

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and verify medications for inpatient hospital patients
• Provide clinical pharmacy support in an inpatient setting
• Respond promptly to on-call inquiries and verify orders remotely as needed during weekends
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use

Qualifications:

• Active and clear South Carolina pharmacist license
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage on-call responsibilities effectively
