Essential Functions Greet and handle customers in a professional and friendly manner, exhibiting the highest level of customer service Track all customers and leads in CRM Meet minimum sales goal requirement Consistently enhance skills and product knowledge, completing all available OEM web‑based training programs Work with Sales Manager and F&I Manager to ensure clear communication and smooth client experience Assist in planning, set up, and participation in marketing showroom floor, exhibits, and displays Schedule Tuesday to Saturday. Sundays and Mondays off consistently.
