You'll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft tools and regular interactions with SMEs, technical directors, engineers, and contracting officers. You Have: 10+ years of experience working in a professional environment Experience with project management of large technical projects Experience creating project management plans Experience assisting and supporting the development of recommended and required program documentation according to DoD regulations and directives Experience serving as an advisor to upper-level management Experience planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs Experience conducting quantitative or qualitative analysis and evaluation of programs and providing management with information about improving initiatives and strategic plans Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with supporting IT projects and activities, Associate's degree and 5+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities, Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities, or Master's degree and 1+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification, including Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND Certification within 30 days of start date Nice If You Have: Experience with cybersecurity project management Experience interacting with technical engineers Experience writing and editing technical articles, publications, or presentations Experience with supporting IC clients Knowledge of cybersecurity terminology and cyber tools Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, and enterprise delivery dashboards Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on research findings, technical developments, and other information to a wide range of external audiences Agile Certification such as SAFe RTE, SAFe SPC, PMI-ACP, or PMP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
