LVN/LPN Position

Specialty: Long Term Care, LVN/LPN

Location: Petoskey, MI

Duration: 13 Weeks Contract

Shift: Afternoons (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)

Shift Notes: 40 Hour Guarantee

Prescribes and adheres to the customer of kindness in all personal and professional interactions while on duty in and around the facility. RN demonstrates great customer service by mentoring of the customer three core principles of exceptional care, passionate services, and unexpected luxury in all of her job duties and responsibilities.

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager / ADON/ DON, the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients for a shift of duty. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementations, and evaluation of the plan of care. The RN adheres to the standards of care for the area, manages the environment to maintain resident/patient safety, and supervises the resident/patient care activity performance by nursing assistants and helpers. Performs duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act. Follows where applicable JCAHO standards.

• At least two years of LTC, MS, or Home Health experience - Required
• BLS (AHA) - Required
• Covid Vaccine Required - Medical & Religious Exemptions can be be accepted on a case by case basis

It is imperative travelers clock out, or they won’t be compensated for that shift until a dispute is resolved.
