UI/UX Designer

**Job Overview** We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join a dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role is based in United States . Our client is a forward-thinking organisation, operating confidentially, and is looking for a creative individual to design and shape unique, user-centred products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI/UX skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts, transforming them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Salary: $75,002 - $190,000 USD per annum , dependent on experience. **Responsibilities** Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across the organisation. Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and what they look like. **Qualifications** Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. A strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and process. Proficiency in design and wireframing tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software. Excellent visual design skills with a strong sensitivity to user-system interaction. Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows. Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
