Role
A growing legal practice is seeking an experienced Family Law & Litigation Attorney to join its Montgomery County, PA team. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who can manage legal matters independently while working collaboratively with colleagues and providing clients with effective legal representation.
Responsibilities
- Manage family law and litigation matters from initial consultation through resolution.
- Prepare, review, and maintain pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and other case-related documentation.
- Conduct legal research and develop strategies to support client matters.
- Manage case deadlines, court appearances, client communications, and ongoing matter activity.
- Maintain accurate time entries, billing records, and case files.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff to ensure matters are handled efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
- 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably involving family law and litigation.
- Prior experience within family law is required.
- Strong organizational skills, including effective management of deadlines, billable time, and competing priorities.
Working Situation
This is a hybrid position.
