Flexible 12-hour shifts with supportive onsite orientation Competitive hourly pay with weekly direct deposit Enjoy a collaborative environment with dedicated ED staff at a leading facility in Hancock Quick Facts Location: Hancock, MI Start Date: 09/04/2026 Duration: Ongoing with possible future placements Shift: 8 am – 8 pm (12-hour shifts) Hours/Week: 36 hours (average) Employment Type: Contract/Locum Licensure/Certifications: Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, valid license Experience: Minimum 1 year in Emergency Medicine preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour Pay & Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team Paid sick time in accordance with state and federal law Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide immediate patient care in the Emergency Department at a leading facility in Hancock Manage an average of 36 patients daily, including high-acuity cases and complex presentations Collaborate with ED RN's and 1 APP to coordinate patient care Document patient encounters using Meditech EMR system Support inpatient and outpatient services, including admissions averaging 3 per shift Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols Participate in onsite orientation prior to shift start What You Need Active and valid Medical License in Michigan Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (BE/BC) Minimum 1-year ER experience preferred Current ACLS certification Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a reputable facility in Hancock, Michigan, committed to quality patient care and clinician support.
