Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and daily living support to clients in their homes, ensuring comfort, respect, and individualized attention. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and willing to be an advocate for their patients. 

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Report any changes in clients to supervisors
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe, clean environment
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage in activities with clients
• Follow care plans and instructions from supervisors
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Generally, increases their quality of life

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in [State]
• High school diploma/GED
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Ability to assist clients safely
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Prior experience in home care or a healthcare facility is a plus
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work with limited supervision
