The brand offers a wardrobe of clean, sophisticated, and functional designs that resonate with the modern client's lifestyle. Currently, they are looking to add a Luxury Client Advisor to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate $55k - $65k Annually + Commission Position Overview The Luxury Client Advisor will be responsible for providing an elevated client experience while driving retail sales and building lasting client relationships. This individual will serve as a trusted style advisor, embodying the brand's aesthetic and ensuring each client receives personalized service. Responsibilities Of The Luxury Client Advisor Deliver exceptional client service, building strong and lasting relationships. Act as a style expert and brand ambassador, offering wardrobe guidance and styling recommendations. Consistently drive sales to meet and exceed monthly targets. Foster a welcoming, luxury client experience in-store. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations. Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current fashion trends. Required Experience/Skills for the Luxury Client Advisor Minimum of 2 years of luxury retail sales experience. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and within a team. Exceptional customer service skills and a client-first mindset. Preferred Experience/Skills for the Luxury Client Advisor Knowledge of both women's and men's fashion trends and styling techniques. Established client book within the luxury fashion industry. Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or related field is preferred.
