Service Advisor

Write purchase orders as needed for internal repair orders and sublets. Provide a clear path to repair so the customer understands the process. Communicate directly with the technicians and parts department regarding repair status daily, and provide regular updates to the customer. Submit all extended warranty claims correctly and ensure proper documentation for reimbursement Greet customers promptly Obtain customer and vehicle information Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle Once available prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts send video and MPI to customer via Xtime Establish follow up time Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order Explain all completed work and charges to customers and verify they received the MPI and Video. Walk Guest to vehicle and verify the service experience was exceptional REQUIREMENTS: Are a fast learner Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Have excellent customer service skills Are a team player Are computer literate Have a valid driver’s license Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must Above average energy level A desire for a long term career with a growing organization Personal and professional integrity Dealertrack and Xtime DMS experience a plus Weibel Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
