Work Environment\n

The Mental Health Therapist role is fully remote, harnessing the power of telehealth technology to connect with clients. Work hours are primarily Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Our digital platform facilitates seamless communication with clients and enables efficient management of paperwork and documentation, ensuring a supportive and productive work setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents, utilizing a variety of assessment tools to gather relevant information.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the developmental stages of clients, integrating family dynamics and strengths into the therapeutic process.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy and family therapy sessions, to address various mental health challenges.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stabilization.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatments, and local community resources to foster understanding and collaboration.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss treatment progress and share insights on patient care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary client focus is on children and adolescents who face various mental health obstacles, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, and other behavioral issues. Your expertise will enable you to connect with young individuals and their families, as you provide them with the guidance and support necessary to navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in Washington State as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.
\n
• Proven experience in delivering individual and family therapy to the pediatric population.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to building rapport with clients.

• Competence in utilizing electronic health record systems and other relevant software.

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting focused on child and adolescent therapy.

• Experience in providing telehealth services is advantageous but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with bonuses based on performance.
