Humana Inc. is seeking a Regional VP, Operations & Finance in the South Central region (TX/OK/AR) to lead finance and operations strategy. You will drive the regional P&L, oversee the budget, and coordinate with product, contracting, and performance teams to improve outcomes. You will report to the Regional President, lead a small team, and engage with physician and hospital leaders to align financial drivers with value-based care goals.
