Job Summary:

• The Nursing Supervisor is accountable for coordinating and directing Nursing activities in accordance with current standards of practice and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Duties include overseeing hospital functions on designated shifts, quality Improvement, personnel management, and staff development.
• The House Supervisor provides leadership and management to personnel during the off hours and weekends.
• Responsible for ensuring staff's compliance with core measures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
