Position Title: Software Engineer- SeniorLocation: Redstone ArsenalPosition Type: Full-TimePosition Summary:We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong focus on software development to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications supporting complex technical and mission requirements.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems.Translate technical requirements into effective software solutions.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.Perform software testing, debugging, integration, and troubleshooting.Participate in software design, code reviews, and development activities.Collaborate with engineers, developers, analysts, and other technical teams.Support software integration, deployment, and lifecycle management.Develop and maintain technical documentation.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.8+ years of professional software development experience.Active Top Secret security clearance.Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages.Experience with software development methodologies, testing, debugging, and integration.Strong understanding of software design and development best practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative technical team.CULTURE REQUIREMENTS: Engineers, Analysts, and Developers atCintel, Inc. are highly motivated, technical, and self‐organized.
