Front of House Shift Leader

Ruby’s Southern Comfort Kitchen is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee front-of-house operations on a fast-paced, high-volume shift. You will lead a team, ensure guest-centric service, and drive add-on sales while maintaining the Cousin Experience at every interaction. You should bring 2+ years of hospitality experience, including a supervisory role, and strong cash handling skills.
