Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of telemarketer. Responsibilities Cold‑call to offer drivers a better value on their car insurance with State Farm. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Team Member Benefits Growth potential for advancement within the agency. Requirements Telemarketing / Cold‑call Experience Preferred. Must be able to execute a systematic process. Must communicate clearly and be able to recite word‑track scripts. Must be detail oriented and able to quickly learn customer management computer software. Work Schedule Monday‑Friday 1:30‑4:30p (15 hours/week). Can slightly modify schedule requirements for the right candidate (ex. 4 days/week vs 5 or 1‑4p schedule adjustment). Compensation $14.00 - $19.00 per hour State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
