Who we are looking for State Street’s Alpha Strategy and Implementation Services team is seeking a skilled professional with expertise in financial services, data analysis, and business systems to support our Transaction Management onboarding projects. As an Alpha Client Data Integration Analyst, you will play a key role in onboarding clients to State Street's middle office trade processing platform. Under the guidance of a team leader, you will assist with Alpha Implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimal client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing and comprehending client data in accordance with agreed‑upon services and operating models, thereby contributing to the success of our implementation initiatives. This role is important because institutional investors worldwide depend on our expertise to manage risk, address challenges, and enhance performance and profitability. What you will be responsible for Assist with onboarding clients’ middle office services onto State Street platforms and provide support during the implementation phase. Learn the firm’s operating model, strategic plans, business, middle office operations, processes, and architecture to contribute to solution development. Gather and communicate business requirements for product enhancements that align with the overall Alpha vision and support the broader team’s efforts in Transaction Management. Review and prepare large data sets for configuration and migration to the middle office trade processing platform; create basic visualizations or dashboards for analysis and presentations. Collaborate with project stakeholders in Program Delivery, Operations, Technology, and Business units involved in Transaction Management onboarding and servicing, learning to manage different priorities among these groups. Become familiar with Transaction Management standard data modeling, transaction processing, and product knowledge to assist with the onboarding process. Support Transaction Management implementation leads by documenting and understanding trade flows for various financial instruments. Identify and track gaps in transaction processing and data requirements throughout delivery, testing, and final integration into the operating model. Maintain onboarding project plans, track timelines and issues, assist with conversion approaches, and help with post‑go‑live efforts. Identify opportunities to automate processes and support efforts to reduce operational risk by increasing automation. Assist with documenting processes from both a setup perspective and a general financial services market perspective. Work with other Middle Office workstreams to align the Transaction Management operating model, understand dependencies, and contribute to collaborative solutions. What we value Interest in gaining knowledge related to middle office operations and the financial services sector. Familiarity with financial instruments and asset classes, including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, TBAs, and Repos. Capacity to understand and analyze large, complex data sets, with experience creating visual dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI. Proficiency in Power Query for data transformation, cleansing, preparation, and integration from various sources and formats. Experience analyzing large data sets with Microsoft Co‑Pilot (preferred). Ability to interpret client requirements and convert them into State Street‑specific data configuration tasks. Demonstrated communication, problem‑solving, analytical skills, attention to detail, and organization. Capability to troubleshoot independently and assemble supporting evidence. Organizational and prioritization abilities. Education & Preferred Qualifications 3–5 years of industry experience with Middle Office trade processing or implementation, analytics, and applications. BS degree in Business, Finance, or related field; data analysis specialization highly desirable. Competency in PowerBI, Power Query, MS Co‑Pilot or similar data analysis tools. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access). Some knowledge of electronic trading platforms, including Charles River, Bloomberg, Thinkfolio, and other Order Management systems. Potential to travel to alternate sites for specific projects may be required, but fairly limited. Salary Range $60,000 – $101,250 per year. The quoted range applies to the role in the primary location specified; if the candidate works outside this location, the applicable range could differ.
