Nicholson, Reeder & Reynolds Certified Public Accountants firm is seeking two full-time tax accountants.
Opportunity for flexible schedule
Responsibilities:
- Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns of varying complexities
- Draft response letters to IRS and state notices when needed
- Make adjusting entries and complete trial balance in order to prepare business returns
- Perform accounting/bookkeeping functions when needed
- Provide excellent client service by producing quality work, quick turnaround and attentive service
- Create a quality work product by following the firm's processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' public accounting experience with an emphasis on tax. CPA
- Must possess outstanding social skills & work ethic
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant
Benefits offered include medical health insurance, three weeks of paid time off, and unlimited growth within the firm.
Hours are Monday-Thursday 7AM- 6PM. Varies during tax season.
