Brand Ambassador - CA Consumer Electronics Retailer Continuity Program

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside national big‑box retailer locations across the country. This is a 1‑year continuity program – same store, same rep, every 8 weeks – designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire. Responsibilities Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand’s flagship product line – ask questions and explain product benefits. Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers. Replenish and tidy the in‑store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training). Check in and check out on‑site via the Ubeya app and submit post‑visit photos and reporting before clocking out. Maintain a professional in‑store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand‑issued name badge at all times. Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group professionally at all times – you are the face of the brand inside the retailer. Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in‑store visit. Schedule & Cadence 1‑hour visit per assigned store, every 8 weeks (bi‑monthly). Thursday–Sunday strongly preferred (highest in‑store traffic). Training (Required, Paid, Live Virtual) Brand training session – 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day). Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit. Compensation $24.00/hr. Paid training. Bi‑weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing. Requirements Reliable transportation to assigned retailer location. Smartphone with data for Ubeya check‑in/out, photos, and reporting. Residential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand‑issued name badge shipment. Ability to commit to a bi‑monthly cadence (one 1‑hour visit every 8 weeks). Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in‑store visit. Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).
