Server

As a server at our location, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide attentive and personalized service, ensuring that each guest feels valued and satisfied throughout their visit. You will be expected to efficiently manage multiple tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. Additionally, you will collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring that all orders are correct and meet quality standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any issues that arise.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
