Maintenance Lead - 1st Shift

About The Opportunity Leading all maintenance processes and operations throughout the facility. Key Duties And Responsibilities Responsible and lead to ensure all company safety procedures and standards are followed Plan, lead and complete repair and installation activities in plant equipment and facility Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies. Communicating purchase needs Ensure completion of facility PMs on time and documentation in EAM Identify and execute training opportunities in the maintenance and production teams Interact with service vendors Facility LOTO trainer to ensure OSHA compliance Conducts regular inspections of the facility and equipment to detect and resolve problems. Actively participate, support, and sustain Safety, CI and 5S activities Provides input on performance reviews Other duties as assigned Performance Measures and Outcome Safety Metrics Unplanned Downtime PM completion Education / Certification Level Required Level Desired Description High school diploma or equivalent 2-year technical degree, preferably in Industrial Maintenance Work Experience Required/Desired 1-3 years of relevant work experience, specifically in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge or industrial maintenance 1-3 years of leadership experience 3-5 years of experience in plastic injection molding or extrusion equipment Hours 4 10-hour week Mon - Thur or Tue - Fri 5 8-hour week Mon - Fri 3 12-hour week Menasha Corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliates are equal opportunity employers.
