Gelati Celesti Ice Cream is growing and needs a talented general manager join our Richmond Region team!

Responsibilities of the General Manager include but are not limited to:

• Leading a Team
• Responsible for following budgeted financial goals
• Ordering product and keeping accurate inventory while enforcing food safety regulations and health standards in a clean and organized work area
• Maintaining an effective and positive environment aware of changes, new menu items and procedures
• Hiring

Requirements:

• Ideal candidate will have 2 years of Management experience in a retail environment.
• Must have reliable transportation and flexible availability (daytime, nighttime, weekend, and holidays)
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, with constant moving, bending, lifting, reaching and turning during all shifts
• Must be able to reach and grasp with hands, talk and hear from far away and in close proximity, taste and smell
• Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel and crouch while also being able to lift and move up to at least 30 pounds, but occasionally up to 50 pounds or more
