CNC Manufacturing Technician II - Precision & Process Expert

We are hiring a Manufacturing Technician II to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role works closely with engineers and production teams to ensure high-quality output across parts, components, and assemblies. This position is ideal for someone with hands‑on CNC experience who is detail-oriented and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines Load programs, install tooling, and establish work offsets Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments Perform in-process inspections using precision measurement tools Identify and elevate quality issues, equipment concerns, or safety risks Complete routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment Maintain accurate production and inspection records Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Partner with engineers on process improvements and production support Assist with testing, rework, and troubleshooting as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1–3 years of CNC machining or manufacturing experience Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Basic understanding of G-code and CNC controls Experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and similar tools Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Location: Fremont, CA Schedule: Thursday - Sunday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
