What You'll Do Lead and manage the Bell Team's daily operations, including scheduling, timecard approvals, and training. Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure with professionalism and courtesy. Safely handle and transport luggage, baggage, and packages; ensure secure storage when needed. Provide detailed information about rooms, amenities, and hotel facilities; address guest inquiries promptly. Communicate hotel emergency procedures when necessary. Promote hotel services, dining options, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Coordinate with other departments-Front Desk, Valet, Concierge, Housekeeping-to ensure smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of all equipment and work areas. Regular attendance in conformance with standards. May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs. Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. Your Qualifications Include High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Minimum one-year (1)leadershipexperience in a hospitality or customer service rolepreferred. Strong verbal communication skillsrequired. Ability to liftitemsin excess of75lbsrequired.
