Test Supervisor Electronics Testing

We're seeking a hands-on Test Supervisor to lead electronic testing and troubleshooting in a production environment. You'll oversee test activities, guide technicians, and work closely with engineering and production to ensure product quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead testing and troubleshooting of electronic systems
• Analyze failures and identify root causes
• Support technicians and improve test processes
• Work with automated test equipment and LabVIEW-based systems
• Document results and ensure quality standards

Requirements:

• Electronics background
• Hands-on experience with test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Maria, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
