Travel RN - Labor & Delivery - Night Shift

Location: Denver, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7 PM - 7 AM Shift

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel RN for our Labor and Delivery unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients during the labor and delivery process, ensuring both maternal and fetal health.

Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patients during labor, ensuring safety and comfort.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create comprehensive care plans.
Provide support and education to patients and their families.
Assist in various procedures including vaginal and C-section deliveries, D&C, hysterectomy, and more.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in the electronic health record.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Labor and Delivery experience.
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (FM) or AWHONN certification is a must.
Experience with Meditech preferred.
