  • Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients using telehealth platforms such as Zoom or Doxy.me, ensuring a secure and confidential setting.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and methodologies.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, including treatment goals and outcomes, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

  • Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, offering immediate support and resources to clients in distress.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care providers, to deliver coordinated and holistic care.

  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay up to date with best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing personal challenges, couples navigating relationship dynamics, and families seeking guidance in improving communication and conflict resolution. Your ability to foster rapport, maintain empathy, and encourage open dialogue will be crucial in helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Active and valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
