Salary range$82,000 - $100,000 per yearWorkplace typeThis is a fully remote position with a hybrid option (all applicants must live within a commutable distance of Panama City, FL or Jacksonville, FL to be considered)Maximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.What you will be doingPreparing, reviewing and/or managing deliverables, including corporate, personal, tangible, partnership, non-profit, etc. tax returnsPreparing and reviewing tax planning projectionsConducting tax research and outlining findings and conclusionsResponding to IRS and state agency audits, inquiries, and tax noticesCommunicating directly with existing clients, management, and IRS representatives regarding various tax mattersAssisting with business development efforts, including but not limited to, meeting with prospective clients, preparing fee quotes and proposals, and evaluating clients' needsEngaging in consulting and special projects as requested by Management and ClientsWhat qualifications we are looking for:4+ years working for a CPA firmLicensed CPA, EA Certification or CPA exam qualifiedStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsExtensive individual/corporate/partnership tax knowledgeExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to work well independently as well as part of the teamExperience with UltraTax (required), Workpapers CS (preferred), Planner CS (preferred)What we offer: TCS is a family-friendly CPA firm offering career growth and development opportunities, an attractive compensation, participation in our 401(k) plan, 50 hours a week maximum, paid time off, 2080 hours annually, closed on Fridays year-round, and a flexible work environment and/or remote work capabilities.Direct applicants only - no recruiters or staffing companies! xhyhwjd Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
