We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is willing to learn and ready to support the team wherever needed.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist or direct customers as needed
• Process customer payments accurately
• Document customer interactions and update information within office systems
• Prepare and complete bank deposits
• Assist with basic administrative and customer service tasks
• Provide general support to existing team members as needs arise
