Program Manager

Overseeing the entire life-cycle of implementation plans, the full-time remote Program Manager will serve as a central liaison between leadership and implementation sites, ensuring project objectives are achieved through rigorous tracking, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven improvements. Key responsibilities Manage project oversight and implementation, including site readiness, logistics, and infrastructure development Coordinate communication between sites and the project team, providing cross-functional leadership to resolve bottlenecks Track project budgets, performance analytics, and dashboards to drive clinical outcomes Required qualifications High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience, or 7 years of applicable job-specific experience 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
