Job Description We are seeking an experienced, driven, and knowledgeable Residential Pool Sales Representative to join our team covering Broward and Palm Beach counties . This individual will be a sales hunter responsible for seeking out and managing new sales opportunities with both custom home builders and homeowners. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for residential pool projects. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with custom home builders, developers, architects, and homeowners. Conduct daily in-person visits (8:00–10:00 AM) to network with prospective builders at active residential job sites. Conduct on-site evaluations to assess property conditions, setbacks, and project feasibility. Prepare and present accurate proposals, bids, and project timelines. Advise clients on pool design options, features, and materials while aligning with budget and vision. Navigate local permitting requirements, building codes, and inspection processes. Collaborate with internal design, construction, and project management teams to ensure smooth project handoffs. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the pool construction industry. Established relationships within the Florida construction and homeowner market strongly preferred. In-depth knowledge of pool setbacks, Florida building codes, and the end-to-end pool building process. Hands-on experience with Jandy pool equipment and automation systems (sales or technical). Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to manage long sales cycles. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
