Descripción del puesto Responsable de gestionar comunidades digitales de las marcas a cargo, desde un respondiing creativo que impulse las conversaciones, y también activando una atención a cliente desde los servicios que ofrece la empresa al que lo requiera. Responsabilidades Activar conversaciones creativas que impulsen a los usuarios a seguir conversando con la marca. Administrar y mantener perfiles sociales en plataformas como Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, entre otros. Fomentar la interacción con los seguidores y gestionar la reputación de la marca, asegurando una comunicación consistente y alineada con la identidad de marca y objetivos estratégicos de la empresa. Responder a comentarios, mensajes y menciones en tiempo real para generar engagement y fortalecer la comunidad. Monitorear menciones y comentarios, identificando oportunidades de interacción y gestionando situaciones de crisis o comentarios negativos. Asistir a los usuarios con consultas técnicas o solicitudes específicas, resolver dudas sobre productos, servicios, promociones y políticas de la empresa. Hacer seguimiento a las métricas claves de acciones digitales que se activen. Desarrollar reportes de campañas y de always on. Cualificaciones Educación Egresado de la carrera de Comunicaciones, Publicidad, Marketing y/o afines. Conocimientos Administrar y mantener perfiles sociales en plataformas como Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, entre otros. Implementación de protocolos de manejo de crisis y situaciones conflictivas en redes sociales. Conocimiento de uso del business manager para una mejor automatización del monitoreo, aprovechando los recursos de la plataforma. #J-18808-Ljbffr Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V
