Job Description We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Research Study Coordinator I to join our Research Administration team in Detroit, United States. In this role, you'll serve as a key administrative professional supporting the planning, execution, and documentation of research studies. You'll work collaboratively with research teams, principal investigators, and regulatory bodies to ensure all studies are conducted efficiently and in compliance with established protocols and guidelines. Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative activities for assigned research studies, including scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping Prepare and maintain study protocols, regulatory documentation, and compliance files in accordance with institutional and federal requirements Communicate effectively with research team members, study participants, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth study operations Assist with data collection, entry, and management while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality standards Track study timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and regulatory submissions as needed Maintain organized filing systems and databases for study-related materials and correspondence Identify and resolve administrative issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner Ensure compliance with institutional review board (IRB) requirements and research ethics standards Provide administrative support during study meetings, training sessions, and site visits Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Qualifications **Required Qualifications:** Proven experience in research administration, study coordination, or related administrative support role Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation Knowledge of research compliance, regulatory requirements, and institutional review processes Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality Strong record-keeping and filing system management capabilities Customer service orientation with ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience with research databases, laboratory information management systems (LIMS), or electronic data capture tools Familiarity with clinical trial or academic research environments Knowledge of grant management and budget tracking processes Experience with regulatory documentation and IRB submissions Awareness of data confidentiality standards and research ethics principles Experience coordinating multiple research studies simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr Henry Ford Health
