Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Hold (or be eligible for) CCC-SLP or in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with young students, educators, and families
• Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure in California

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions to elementary students
• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies for student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to district and state guidelines
• Participate in team and IEP meetings
• Progress monitor and adjust interventions as needed throughout the semester
