Snack Bar AttendantAguila Golf Course, located in Laveen, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Snack Bar Attendant. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Key Responsibilities of the Snack Bar Attendant:Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner.Prepares and serves food and beverage items.Maintains an organized and clean work area.Controls inventory through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products.Receives deliveries of product from vendors and ensures proper storage.Reports to department manager when supplies need to be ordered.Stocks and inventories products.Responds to customer questions regarding the general information of the facility.Supplies support to food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure excellent service to members and guests.Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.Communicates guest concerns or comments immediately to the Director, Food and Beverage, and Chef.Reviews schedule for changes, calendar of events, and facility activities daily.Processes snack bar purchases with EZLinks point of sales (POS) systemAccountable for cash and check transactions.Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.Performs other duties as required.Minimum Qualifications of the Snack Bar Attendant:No Experience necessary, but will train.Must be able to meet the age requirement for serving alcohol and have obtained a Certified Food Handler's Card.Other Qualifications:Regular and reliable attendance.Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems.Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical, Dental, and Vision coverageRetirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.About Troon:Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
