- 3+ years of dealership or high-level shop experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Brand experience (Ford, GM, Hyundai) a plus-not required
- Reliable, professional, and production-minded
- ASE certifications preferred (not mandatory)
- $120,000-$200,000+ annual income potential
- Consistent work and strong shop flow
- Modern facilities, equipment, and management support
- Paid training and certification opportunities
