Catering Coordinator

We are expanding our catering business and are looking for a part-time catering coordinator to sell, coordinate all preparation, and deliver daily catering orders. Greet every guest who is interested in catering and assist with creating the perfect menu for every occasion. Serving guests by taking all catering orders, handling cash and credit cards, and ensuring preparation of all orders is done timely and correctly. Delivering meals to guests providing excellent customer service at all times. Coordinate execution of all catering orders between in-house staff. Build catering business by expanding clients and exceeding catering sales budgets Complete other related duties as assigned by supervisor. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Attention to detail and very thorough A passion for customer service Positive Attitude Must have excellent attendance and punctuality and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members Focus on Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines Have a High School diploma or equivalent required Proficient with technology and Microsoft Office suite Previous sales and/or catering experience is required (Any industry acceptable)

• **Must be at least 18 years of age
• **Must be available to work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 4 days per week, Mon-Sat between 9-3 (Closed Sundays)
• **Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation
• **Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screening
