Campaign Manager

You will:Lead the client partnership, ensuring alignment to client KPIs, brand guidelines, and strategy are well defined and attainable within the campaign strategyLead weekly client and agency calls. Leveraging your team to keep the client up to date on progress and performance of campaign.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and shared client teams - keeping them apprised of performance and campaign needsGenerate new relationships between brands and influencers by identifying new investment opportunities that align with campaign goals and audience fit.Learn about and apply influencer industry channels and trends to your client campaigns.Identify and implement efficiencies across the VIP processes.Represent CJ through thought leadership with Junction articles and participation in Industry events.Generate influencer and content strategies for seasonal and annual brand initiatives; Driving platform and budget recommendations, creative concepts and post frequencyProject/Team Management; managing campaign workload across team, establishing workback schedules and ensuring delivery to client deadlinesCampaign Benchmarking & Forecasting to campaign goals to ensure our pitches are purposeful with dataWork with Analyst and influencer managers to deliver Post Campaign analysis and Whitelisting recommendation through campaign specialistsCreate IO and Invoice - oversee financial process (net terms), ensure Campaign Specialist is meeting payment posting deadlinesQualificationsWhat we look for:Bachelor's Degree or related work experience and minimum of 5 years' experience in the online marketing industry-ideally digital performance, with 3 of the years in influencer or social media marketing.Clear and effective communicator. Can convey complex results in a simple, clear manner, using solid business acumen, demonstrating a competent level command of digital marketing concepts.Strong leadership skills, able to create a team culture where everyone understands their roles and needs and is held accountable to delivering on themAbility to execute a variety of tasks within designated time frames, delivering exceptional quality results and can directly contribute to the formation of client campaigns.Ability to work across departments and divisions by building consensus and delivering upon stated objectivesResults oriented problem solver, comfortable with leveraging data insights to build and support strategic outcomesProficient knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.You are respectful to varying opinions and perspectives.Critical thinking, problem solving and data analytics experience required to create, analyze, and provide insights from reporting platforms.Excellent organizational and communications skills with a strong attention to detailStrong client presentation skillsSelf-initiative and eager to enhance skillsetKnowledge of influencer platforms that we add to our tech stack such as Captiv8.Additional InformationThis is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office.
