Job Description SSM Health is actively recruiting OB/GYN Hospitalists in Madison, WI. Opportunity Highlights Employed Position : Work within a stable, highly reputable, and well-supported health care organization. Favorable Schedule : 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Monday through Sunday, and 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) on Saturday and Sunday. Work-Life Balance : Call and shift schedules are specifically designed to prioritize physician well-being. Compensation : Highly competitive salary enhanced by productivity incentives. Potential earnings around $350,000 for 1.0 FTE.
