Electronic Assembler

Job Duties

Trison Solutions is looking for Full-time and Part-time Electronic Assemblers!

• Assemble subassemblies and/or final product following instructions from matrix documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Measure and track time and material application specifications during assembly process.

• Performance inspection and test procedures to ensure products conformance to specifications.

• Place, wire, solder, and utilize hot soldering iron to connect and encapsulate PC boards and/or units.

• Label, package, and deliver finished products to next work center or stockroom.

• Adjust, repair, or replace electronic component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications.

• Read and interpret drawings, work orders, and reports to determine materials requirements and assembly instructions.

• Position, align, and adjust work pieces and electrical parts to facilitate wiring and assembly.

• Complete in-process inspection and fill out documents as required for each operation.

• Complete, review, and maintain production, time, and component waste reports.

• Assist with pack out of final product per customer requirements as needed.

• Confer with supervisors or engineers to plan and review work activities, and to resolve production problems.

• Explain assembly procedures or techniques to others workers.

• Clean and maintain work center area.

Minimum Education Required

• High School Diploma or GED

Minimum Experience Required

• Experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with electronics assembly
