What You'll Do

• Take Ownership of Full-Cycle Searches from needs assessment to hiring.
• Act as a Strategic Client Partner to fully understand their staffing needs, challenges, and corporate culture.
• Source Candidates Effectively through our exclusive CRM/ATS, leveraging your personal network and tools like our state-of-the-art communication platform.
• Maximize Our Platform to orchestrate candidate management, outreach tracking, automated follow-ups, and organized processes.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that yield sustainable value for clients and lucrative commissions for yourself.
• Engage in Thought Leadership as we enhance our brand identityyours included.
