RN - Case Manager

Travel RN Case Manager position available. The director is seeking candidates with Meditech and Midas experience. No weekends are required for this position. The unit consists of Case Management. This is a busy, fast-paced environment that is constantly changing. The team is very welcoming, collaborative, and helpful. There is a focus on case management assessments and discharge planning. Candidates without the required skills will not be considered for this role. Preferred candidates will have experience in Midas and HCA case management. Prior experience in HCA is also beneficial. The team supports new staff and is always willing to answer questions. Overall, this role offers an opportunity to work closely with consistent physicians and mid-levels. The cardiac step-down unit handles CABG and TAVR patients, with many going home with cardiac rehab. The medical step-down unit sees a variety of patients.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care Case Manager RN experience

License: Active Kansas licensure

Certifications: BLS

Must-Have: Meditech and Midas experience
