Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - Indiana

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies during procedures.
• Prepare and maintain the operating room before, during, and after surgeries.
• Ensure all surgical equipment is sterilized and functioning properly.
• Work collaboratively with the surgical team to deliver efficient patient care.
• Follow safety protocols and infection control standards.

Shifts:

• 3 12-hour Day shifts (36 hours/week, considered full-time) with start/end times of 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures, instruments, and sterile techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
