Mostly Remote | Old Bridge, NJ (Hybrid – Approximately 1 day per month on-site) Permanent Soni's client in the professional services industry is seeking a Collections Supervisor to lead a high-performing collections team while managing a portfolio of complex client accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on collections leader who enjoys coaching teams, partnering with senior stakeholders, driving process improvements, and making a meaningful impact within a global organization. Responsibilities of the Collections Supervisor: Supervise the day-to-day operations of the collections team while managing a portfolio of client accounts Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance management Conduct performance reviews and support employee development and accountability Serve as the escalation point for complex collections issues, payment disputes, and client concerns Partner with Billing, Finance, Client Services, and internal stakeholders to improve cash collections and reduce aged receivables Monitor collections performance metrics and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Allocate workloads and ensure service levels and collection goals are achieved Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies Support reporting, change management, and finance transformation projects Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and high-performing team environment Requirements of the Collections Supervisor: Direct people management experience with responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews Experience managing escalated collections matters and resolving complex client issues Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Experience managing aged receivables and collections performance metrics Ability to work independently and lead with minimal day-to-day oversight Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience working across multiple time zones or within a global organization preferred Process improvement, automation, or operational transformation experience preferred Professional services, legal, consulting, or complex B2B collections experience preferred Compensation: $115,000–$130,000 Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
