We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to assist surgeons and the operating room team in providing safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical care. The ideal candidate will maintain a sterile environment, prepare surgical instruments, and support procedures while ensuring patient safety.

We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to assist surgeons and the operating room team in providing safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical care. The ideal candidate will maintain a sterile environment, prepare surgical instruments, and support procedures while ensuring patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile instruments and surgical equipment
- Assist surgeons and the surgical team during surgical procedures
- Ensure proper sterile technique throughout all procedures
- Prepare the operating room before each surgery
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures
- Maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
- Participate in on-call coverage as required
- Follow hospital policies and patient safety standards
- Minimum 2 years of Surgical Technologist experience
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
- Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operating room environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
