Customer Service Representative / Financial Services Support Associate

Location: Denver, CO (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, shifts starting between 6:45 AM and 7:15 AM

Overview

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals to join a growing customer support team within the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities

• Support customers by processing account-related transactions and requests.
• Assist customers with online account access, navigation, and troubleshooting.
• Handle inbound phone calls regarding account inquiries and transactions.
• Process purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and other account activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Research and resolve customer issues using available resources and internal tools.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center, contact center, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or service-oriented environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to career growth and long-term professional development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience handling inbound customer calls.
• Experience within financial services, banking, investments, or related industries.
• Previous experience supporting customers in a high-volume environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
