Registered nurses work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to assess patients' conditions, develop care plans, administer treatments, and monitor recovery. They administer medications, perform medical procedures, assist with diagnostic tests, and evaluate patients' responses to treatment while documenting all care accurately in medical records.In addition to providing direct patient care, registered nurses serve as educators and advocates.
