Onshore Project Manager

Role: Senior Project Manager / Senior Onshore Consultant – AI Transformation Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Strong program and portfolio management experience Experience Required: 7–10 years of relevant experience in program, portfolio, or transformation management Strong exposure to AI-driven initiatives, large-scale enterprise programs, or digital transformation Key Responsibilities Act as a primary liaison with stakeholders across Business, Technology & Operations (T&O), Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Legal Coordinate AI intake processes and governance updates across portfolios Manage portfolio tracking, dependency management, and issue/risk escalation Develop AI process documentation and business-facing guidance materials Support ROI tracking methodology, reporting, and business case analysis Prepare executive-level updates, decks, and presentations Facilitate meetings and drive structured problem-solving sessions Required Skills Strong program and portfolio management experience Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills Expertise in process design, documentation, and governance Proven ability in business case development and ROI analysis Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel Solid technical acumen, including understanding of system architecture and AI-related technologies #J-18808-Ljbffr Software Technology Inc.
