Experienced Agents We are looking for experienced agents to join our Saratoga Springs office. Ideal candidates are professional and take their work and their fiduciary duties seriously. They are also down‑to‑earth, fun‑loving, enjoy their work, and will enjoy and further enrich our welcoming, supportive, and collaborative office environment. Qualifications Familiarity with New York’s Saratoga Region, Capital Region, and/or Southern Adirondack Region Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, relationship building, and client advocacy A desire and drive to attain personal sales goals and business growth Proven skills including prospecting, lead conversion, and negotiation of real property transactions, or willingness and desire to learn and strengthen these skills Understanding of Real Property concepts, contracts, and transaction processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfort with using online listing platforms, and understanding of or willingness to learn basic digital marketing tools Ability and desire to work on‑site in Saratoga Springs office for four, 3‑4 hour front‑desk shifts per month, and attend 2‑3 office meetings per month either in person or on Zoom #J-18808-Ljbffr Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Blake, REALTORS®
