Travel Physical Therapist - $2,115 per week

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Rainbow City, Alabama. Specialty: Physical Therapist. Discipline: Therapy. Start Date: 07/27/2026. Duration: 26 weeks. Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Oversee and supervise PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bill within the setting following guidelines, comply with the PT board’s rules and regulations, and adhere to state regulations. Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team‑focused plan of care. Understand adaptive equipment and evaluate and create a plan of care. Modify plan of care as indicated based on the patient’s condition. Use Medical Center computer systems in daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience; new graduates encouraged to apply. 1 year of experience (or 6 months for exceptional candidates). Must have BLS and state‑specific licensing. Physical strength to stand and walk for long periods and to bend, lean or stoop without difficulty. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Ability to bill and understand the PT board’s rules and regulations and state regulations.
